3. gym based or home program (minimum set of dumbbells and resistance bands required)

4. FREE warm up guide + specific activation drills according to your body and / or injuries


This is a one off program written specifically for you. Once you purchase this, you will be sent an email with a download that will link you to start up form and phone call with me!
